Create an ideal cylindrical lens

May I ask if COMSOL can create an ideal optical system, such as creating a cylindrical diverging lens with no aberrations and maximum transmittance (reflectivity and absorptivity are 0), but only shaping the input light spot. Or create a surface that aligns to give the effect of an ideal cylindrical lens
