water flow in a hydrophobic tube

Hi, I want to simulate water flow inside a tube. This tube has surface tension of 30.35mN/m which is high hydrophobicity. For now, I only able to simulate just the water flow itself. I don’t know how to create the tube hydrophobicity element. Can anyone help me with this?
