Possible to export the streamline coordinates?

Hi, I am only using the laminar flow conditions,

I have plotted the streamline after the simulation, is there anyway to get the streamline coordinate from the simulation?

I like to export it if it is possible.

Thanks,

JC Hyun

Hi JC Hyun,

I have the some problem as you.
Did you solve it? How?
I would like to import one streamline in my geometry in order to do balance a through it and to refine meshes along it.
Could you help me?

Thanks a lot,

Francesca

You can do this using export of plot data: Select the Streamline node and right-click. Choose "Add Plot Data to Export" from the context menu. Browse to some file and click on Export in the settings window's toolbar.

I exported data and got x, y, z coordinate with one more column for streamline which has whole integer number. Cold you please explain what is this streamline number about?

The streamline plot contains a set of streamlines. The integer is simply a streamline number. Without this number, you don't know what points belong to what streamlines.
