If you use lagrange multiplier, it seems that the value of the lagrange multiplier depends on the sign of "c" of the subdomain equation. For example if you solve for "-del^2(phi)=0" and "del^2(phi)=0", and the same boundary conditions, you will get different values(of opposite sign) for lm1 on the boundaries.
Can somebody explain why? I thought the value of "lm1" would depend on the direction of the normal
