Hi,

I have interdigit structure covered by gold nanostructure. Is it a way to simulate electrical field in my structure?

Thanks,

Hi

I would say the physics to use is either ES or EC (latter if you current is flowing, former if only electro-statics) But the real challenge is probably what you mean by microstructure and how to mesh that ;)

Good luck
