Multiphysics how to make communication between different physics (same model?)

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi I need to make a coupling between three physics:

- MicrowaveHeating - Frequency Domain - Transient

- Non-Isothermal Laminar Flow

- Radiation Model

My problem is that I required to use the same time step in three physics but the different models have temperature, is this temperature shared by the physics automatic? Does any one know a tutorial, that shows how the communication is done between physics?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

check your dependent variables, if 2 of them have T then you have an issue, you solve indepedently for both T's and you need to manually couple thjem, somthing I often find difficult. The best is to find a combination of physics that have only ONE time all your dependent variables. Then YOU must define the couplings, i.e. add a heat source that comes from the other physics in HT or vice-versa

Good luck
