internal error geometry decomposition

Hi everyone!
I built a model in which 40 spheres are randomly placed in two cylinders and 4 spheres are fixed in the third cylinder. The problem is two errors are shown when i run the script:
Error:internal error geometry decomposition
Error: in built-in function plus
