how to do moving mesh in 4.2a

Hello everyone
I am implementing a rectangular piezoelectric converter, in which i want to be vary the length and width of the piezo layer via moving mesh ale. I studied one of the paper of "Thickness optimization of a piezoelectric converter for energy harvesting" BUT not able to apply in COMSOL 4.2 a. I uploaded the same paper.
Plz if anybody know how to apply the moving mesh in comsol 4.2 or 4.2a then reply me.
