Two boundaries in contact - one takes value from another

Does anyone know how can one boundary, say B, which is in contact with another boundary (say A) takes the output values from A? To generalize, we input something to and the results appear on A. These values are needed to be the input values for B to complete the solution.
Your help would be really appreciated.
