simulated stress contour exporting

hi,

i performed a 3D simulation for a stress distribution, with stress contour lines labeled.
now i would like to export the stress values and replot it using other ploting tools like Origin or Excel. But i found that the exported stress values are just very small portion of the whole results...how can i export the whole set of the results?
