Volume concentrations in transport of diluted species module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am confused by the fact that the" transport of diluted species node" in COMSOL only lets me work with surface concentrations.

I want to model a 3D problem that has a given volume concentration as initial values. This volume concentration lives inside a cylinder and has a gradient in the z direction of the cylinder.

How can I implement that in COMSOL?
