Natural heat convection

Dear all
I tried to model the heat distribution on the PMMA road inside the convection furnace for optical fiber drawing.
The problem now I was enable to heat up the surrounding Air by the convection from the furnace glass wall but unfortunately I couldn't heat up the PMMA road quickly as in practical case. I had attached the model
Your help are highly appreciated
