Plasmonic Biosensor

I need to make a Plasmonic Biosensor in Comsol. I don't know how to use the RF module. I'm good with the geometry but have no clue about the parameters, equations and boundary conditions. Kindly help me get through this.

I suggest you start with the plasmonic wire grating model under the tutorial. It covers many of the things you are asking for: parameters, field equations, and Floquet BCs, which are very important if you are working with a periodic structure. Uploading your model will help in understanding what specifically you may be looking for.

I just need refractive index for a particular material. How I do remove the basic properties like permittivity and permeability?

Permittivity is related to Refractive index (n^2) and Permeability you can put 1 (means not interested in magnetic studies)
