Calculating the power-flow across several parallel planes

Is there an efficient way to calculate the power-flow across several parallel planes? I tried to use the "Cut Plane" option under Results->Data sets. There I can create the parallel planes, but if I then use Results->Derived Values -> Surface Integration I only got the sum of the integrals over all plans. But I'm looking for the individual integrals over each plan.
Thanks a lot in advance
