Error during Time-Dependent Study with a Moving Mesh

Hi,

I try to run a simulation with a PDE and a Moving Mesh. The calculation always stops with the same error (picture is attached) "Mesh quality could not be achieved".

What can I do to get rid of this error? I have attached the project-file too.
