spherical wave propagation

Hi,
I am fairly new to COMSOL and I am hoping to use it to model the spherical wave front propagation, but when I am trying to simulate it in optics module in the Cartesian coordinate (in 3D) the amplitude grows up by going far from the source point, and when I am trying to simulate it in the spherical coordinate the results are incorrect.Does anybody know how should I solve this problem?
