flow rate calculation on a parametrized surface

I tried to get the volume flow rate in a channel of fluids modeling. I cut a 3D plane and then do integration, the value I got is 7.27e-12m^3/s (almost right). When I am doing with a parametrized surface which has the same size, location and area with the previous 3D plane, the value of integration I got is 2.1033m^3/s.
I calculate the same thing, why it is so different?
Does anyone know this, please help me. It bothers me a really long time.
