Error in Solid Mechanics

I have problem when I fix base and want to check displacement by applying 0.01 N force and set frequency 50 Hz in Solid Mechanics (solid) module.

First I use "FIXED CONSTRAINT" option and fix the base and then use "BOUNDRY LOAD" option and use 0.05 N force in x and y each, since I have to apply force in Z direction. I selected mesh size Coarser but following error is still intact:

Internal error: cannot convert ElemStruct to int.
- Value: d7
Error in multiphysics compilation
-Feature: Compile Equations: Frequency Domain (sol1/st1)
Error: Internal error: cannot convert ElemStruct to int.
