Hi,

i'm trying to simulate a capacitive pressure sensor which have two parallel square plates using the electro mechanics physics. I have given terminal 12 v to the top plate and ground to the bottom plate. I have applied fixed constraint to the bottom plate and as well as the two side boundaries of the top plate. Applied pressure to the upper face of the top plate. when i simulated it i got an error saying that "Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian, variable: mod1.emi.PZ " . i don't know what is the problem. can any one please kelp me out to find the problem.
