reference pressure during Two phase flow and heat transfer

Hi,

I have a model combined with two phase flow and heat transfer in fluid. I have two following question:

1. Under two phase flow, at initial value pressure is automatically set as zero. Question is since the fluids are under close boundaries, there is no atmospheric pressure, so should I keep the pressure as zero?

2. Since in my model, both two phase and heat transfer are happening together, if I want to define pressure during specification heat transfer fluid properties is whatever pressure is created by two phase flow, then should I define Pref as zero. As In Comsol 4.4, user defined pressure under heat transfer is defined as Pa= P+Pref.
