Calculating Mutual Resistance on Power Cable 2D -MEF

Hello everybody

I'm trying calculating per-unit-length electrical parameters of a power cable buried in soil, cable consists of core and sheat, so i have 2 loops which are formed as follows: loop 1 (core and sheat) Loop 2 (sheat and soil), until now I have calculated self resistances, self inductances and mutual inductance on sheat, the latter by means of energy method, but i don´t have any idea how obtain mutual resistance.

An easy way is use Single Turn Coil to achieve these but it's confusing for me because I have mistakes in values such as self inductances , besides my model is not 2D Axi....

So Anyone has an idea how to resolve my problem...
Thanks in Advance
Have a nice day
