Plotting mechanical impedance

I've searched the forum and couldn't find an answer to my question.
I'm analyzing a simple mass/spring system with the structural mechanics module/frequency domain.
I'm applying an harmonic load on the mass, in varying frequencies, and calculating the velocity of the mass resulting from that load. The harmonic load is of a fixed amplitude.
I would like to plot the mechanical impedance of the mass, that is: F/V, where F is the load (force) I apply on the mass and V is the velocity of the mass. I would like to plot both magnitude and phase.
So far I've been able to plot the velocity in a straightforward manner. How do I plot the impedance? How can I refer to the load I apply as an argument?
Thanks
