Strain in membrane

Dear All

I have tried to use Membrane module in Stractural Mechanics to simulate the strain in a membrane while a sphere pushing in to it from bottom. But I cannot use contact pair in Membrane module, the sphere does not pass throw the membrane but just top most pint of the sphere interact with the membrane and it seems just a needle pushed to the membrane. I have attached the Comsol 4.4 file here.

Please send you comments for this problem and how can I fix it.
