frequency response (modal)

One simple question.
When the 1N power is loaded on one point, once at the -Z direction, I want to know the frequence response at around eigenvalue, for example 400-1000Hz.
I can also get the eigenvalue and the value is about 500Hz.
Maybe I think I choose the frequency domain modal as study 2 ...
The calculatin convergede but the displacement at Z direction is zero....

Do you know the suitable exercise.
