Apply Polarity reversal voltage

Dear all,

I have a question that about applying polarity reversal voltage on the electrode.
For example:
U1=60V (0s<t<5400s)
U2=60V- 1[V]*(t-5400) (5400s< t<5520)s
U3= -60V (t>5520s)
The problem is the time for U2 starts from 0s and not 5400s, therefore, the calculation can be superposed due to U1 and U2 could start at the same time t=0. The key question is how to gurantee the voltage could be applied on the specific time. For example, how to make the U2 voltage time starts from 5400s and ends at 5520s.
