Eigenfrequency of piezoelectric actuator with stress

I'm trying to find what the influence is off stress to the eigenfrequencies of a piezoelectric actuator but no matter what stress I add, the eigenfrequencies won't change.

In the attachment you will find a simplified model which demonstrates my problem. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?
