Impedance measurement

We are trying to simulates impedance vs frequency plot for a motochondria elliptic model placed in water buffer medium connected with 10 V supply. We are not getting the desired result. It may be a very subtle problem which we may not track out as we are new in COMSOL.
1. Buffer : Permittivity : 80
Conductivity : 5.5 e-06 S/ m

2. Aluminium Electrode: Permittivity: 1.6
Conductivity : 3.538 e 07 S/ m

3. Mitochondria (the ellipsoid) : Permittivity : 60
Conductivity : 0.3 S/ m

I am interested to estimate Z vs f plot in the frequency range e02 to e08 Hz .
