Custom heat transfer boundary condition

I am solving for heat flow from a hot solid to a pool of coolant around it. I need to impose a user defined boundary condition at the surface of the solid which is in contact with the coolant. The equation is q = h*(Ts - Tc)^(2.5) [Here q is the heat flux, h is the heat transfer coefficient, while Ts and Tc are the surface and coolant temperatures respectively]. Is there a way to go about this?
