Hi,

I want to simulate 2d model of gas sensor,,,,,,,,,it is having silicon as substrate and over which a thin film of piezoelectric material GaN is present............when i am doing like this,,,,,,,,,,,,comsol is considering substrate as piezoelectric and asking for its piezoelectric properties(like coupling matrix etc)..........similarly it is considering GaN as non piezoelectric and asking for it non piezoelectric properties.............i dnt know about how this reverse connection is taking place............pls help me to model this or get rid out of this problem
