NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR

Hi COMSOL colleague,

I had a problem in simulating trench waveguide. The structure is attached.

I tried boundary mode analysis, and it works well. But if I perform the frequency domain computation, it always gives an error.
"NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR".

I searched in the COMSOL Forum and found some suggestions like changing mesh etc. However, they didn't work.

May I know if there is a way to fix the problem? I really appreciate your help.
