2D Fan converge when inlet but not when outlet.

Hello,
I have this rectangular 2D geometry with a square in the middle. The square is a heat source. I use conjugate heat transfter. My first attempt was to put an inlet fan on the right side and an open boundary on the left side; it worked. I then tried to inverse things. Put an open boundary on the right, and an outlet fan on the left. (I try to simulate a 2d plane of a computer and see wich configuration is the best.) But with the outlet fan, it does not converge. Any idea about what happened? Could it be related to the fan thickness? Initial conditions?
Thanks in advance!
