Edge/surface parameters s s1 s2

Hi,

I am trying to implement the mode of a solid particle "pushed" by Thermocapillary convection on water. Now I am trying to test the effect of the curvature around the particle in the velocity field and in the particle velocity.

The problem is that my Heat source term (a*b*c.... * (Height_liquid_layer - y) ), depends on the height of the liquid layer that is not constant anymore when I have the deformed surface. Furthermore as I am using a moving mesh, I think it would be pretty messy to use one kind of interpolation function. So I was wondering if its possible to obtain the surface coordinates somehow (in my case the Y surface coordinate).

Reading the tutorials I found that I could the "Edge/surface parameters s s1 s2" but I do not understand how to use them to retrieve the X or Y value of the surface. I have been looking in the forums without success.

Kind regards,
Ronald Terrazas Mallea
