A 3-D plot

Dear All,

I have solved diffusion problem for an array of electrodes(say 3*3) in 3D. I want to obtain a 3-D plot where (z=o, where my electrodes are ). I want to remove my other things.(The boundaries representing the solution). Could somebody explain me How could I get this.
