How to setup the boundary condition for a brake rotor in a braking system?

I am trying to calculating the temperature distribution in a brake rotor during a braking process. The problem is that the rotor is attached with other parts and the parts attached with rotor also have other parts attached them.
There is conduction between rotor and other parts. Could anyone give me any suggestion about the boundary condition setup of the rotor?
