Help with Geometry Modeling Error (Error:2181)

Hello all,

I am trying to model a geometry which has lot of small holes in 3D and which has to be enclosed by PML volumes in RF design. When my model is small, I have no problem. But when I want to increase the size of the model, after the extrude step from 2D to 3D, if i click on "Physics->Subdomain Settings", it takes a long time and then it gives the following error

"Problem Visualizing Geometry Object: Error 2181"

And after, my subdomains are all entangled and they are messed up.

Is this purely a memory error? Anybody can tell me if they faced an issue like this before.?

Hello all,
