I imported a quite complex triangular mesh ( a real soil pore) . I created the geometry from the mesh with comsol. And then I could do simulation, remesh etc ....
It works quite well ...
But now, I'm trying to make a parallelepiped in such a way that my pore is enclosed in my parallelepiped ...
and I can't mesh the both separateley ....
I can't do the intersection between the both ....
all the time, I have the error :
error : 2100
internal error in geometry decomposition
Exception:
com.femlab.jni.FlNativeException: Internal error geometry decomposition
