Hw to use discontinuous element (shdisc) in comsol 4.0?

Hi,

Did anyone of you know how to use discontinuous element (shdisc) in comsol 4.0? I used discontinuous element for my custom physics simulation in comsol 3.5a in conjunction with boundary weak form formulation, and it works fine. But when I open the same file in comsol 4.0, it fails to run and it automatically switch my discontinuous element to continuous lagrange (continuous shlag) element type. There seems to be no way to change the element type. The documentation says there are such element type but it did not teach you how to set it in the GUI. Any expert 4.0 user care to provide any help.

thanks

Do you still have 3.5a?

It would be interesting to type in this simple discontinuous example into 3.5a, save, and then open in 4.0 and see if it works. Because it enters directly into "weak form" then maybe it wont get converted to Lagrange.

I had a go at typing directly into 4.0 but it stumbled at the terms unx, etc, I was hoping they would be defined if I chose "Weak Contribution on Mesh Boundaries"
