Hello! I'm working in a foundry and I've been looking for a software of simulation. The kind of work that I do, is sand casting. I'd like to know if Comsol Multiphysics analize sand cast. To determinate the nexts parameters.

Multiblock meshing
gravity casting, low pressure, by inclination and centrifuge foundry
Filling , including turbulent viscosity and surface tension effects
Solidification and Heat Transfer
Detection of oxides and surface defects
Identification of porosity in the filling and solidification
Fluid movement during solidification
Solidification of cast iron
flow tracers
Modeling particles
Trapped gas vent and Effects
Thermal cycling Prior to filling the mold
Continuous casting with binary segregation
Etc.
