Finding normal and shear forces and moments at a cross section of a rigid rod

Hi,

I am working on a problem about a rigid rod. I am looking for finding the values of the normal and shear forces and the moments at a specific cross section in a rigid rod. The rigid rod is constraint in one end and we apply a harmonic force as a normal and another harmonic force with different phase but the same frequency as a shear force on the other end of the rod.
I don't know which "study" should I use.
I also don't know how to apply two harmonic forces with different phase and same frequency.
My last question is how to find normal and shear forces and the moments at the center of a specific cross section?

Thank you very much.
