COMSOL uses different dof numbers to solve a model with different boundary conditions

Hi
I need to solve a proelasticity equation for different boundary conditions and save the solutions, u1 to un, in MATLAB in a matrix M as
M=[u1 u2 ... un].
The problem is that when I solve the model for different displacement boundary conditions, COMSOL makes different meshes. Hence the size of solutions become different and I cannot make the matrix M.
Is there any way to make COMSOL to solve the model with fixed number of dofs or any other way to solve this problem?

Thanks
