Global equation

Hi everyone!
I am trying to add a Global equation to my simple model ( the model is attached).
Global equation as follows 0.5*real(emw.iomega*epsilon0_const*(2.5^2+i*im_epsilon))*int1(emw.normE^2)- 2.3e-5[W] (just to show that equation is not coordinate dependent)
It solves for im_epsilon ( this variable included in epsilonr of CdS).
To my knowledge, Global equation is added to equations solved by solver and should be satisfied on each iteration and evaluated value not tied to nodes (the same for all nodes, that why it called Global), so it confuses me when error occurs in a particular node ((0,0,0)).
I am clueless what is causing such error:
Singular matrix.
- Detail: There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.im_epsilon.
at coordinates: (0,0,0), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix).
- Feature: Eigenvalue Solver 1 (sol1/e1)

I will appreciate a lot your help.
