Dear Users,
does someone here have experience with low-mobility, low charge carrier density semiconducting materials, for example Alq3, TPBi etc, which usually have a mobility far lower than 1 cm^2/Vs
Is comsol suitable for such devices? I am particularly interesting in modelling frequency domain behavior (for comparison with impedance spectroscopy data).
