Regarding Shape Memory Alloy ( Nitinol) Constitutive Modeling in COMSOL

I have doubts regarding simulation of SMA , in which specifically i am working on Nitinol . How we can do constitutive modelling for Shape Memory Alloy in simulation? In COMSOL multiphysics , as such nitinol material is not available , so we have to add material properties. , but what properties will be most useful for bending analysis? I have seen papers in which they combined thermal-mechanical-stress analysis together .I want to know how we can utilise these equation for simulation study. As such, I want to do bending-stress analysis of SMA - tube kind of actuator based on the applied electric potential , temperature and load.

Thanks, but i have doubt regarding Partial Differential Equations modeling for stress-strain effect analysis for Nitinol (SMA) material.
