Calculate line to ground capacitance, 2D

Hello Everybody,
I use COMSOL 4.3. And I use only the physic electrostatic (es).
I want to calculate line to ground capacitance. The line has a length of L= 1 m.
The conductor radius is r = 0.835 m.
And the distance to the earth is h=15 m.

If I calculate this capacity with COMSOL the capacity is equal C_LE = 1.7879e-11.
If I analytically calculate the capacity I get C_LE = 1.56e-11.

This formula is used : (2*pi*ε0*L)/ln(2*h/r)

My question is, is this difference normal between the analytical method and COMSOL ?
