Hi,
I want to model pH sensitive ISFET sensor. For this I have simulated a MOSFET (2D) and now I have to do the electrolyte part. This part would consist of an electrolyte with specified pH, an electrode/electrolyte interface and insulator/electrolyte interface. I don't know how to approach this part. Please someone help.
Thanks in advance
