Boundary condition of an injection from a point source - PDE mode

Hi!

I try to model a gas injection into a water saturated porous medium. The injection, written in m/s should be happened out of a point at the bottom of my rectangled area.

I am working with the PDE mode and I have no idea how to express my injection via
weak term
or time-dependent weak term
or constraint??????

I hope, somebody can help me.
