How to implement Boundary condition Equation

In my model, I am using Transport of Diluted Species physics to solve a diffusion problem. I need to implement a boundary condition equation (Please see attachment: image001). But, I have no idea how to implement these equations.

Does anybody know how to implement it? I am a new user of COMSOL. Expecting helpful suggestion.
