3D Periodic Boundary Condition - How to define Coordinate dependency manually?

usually when I define 2 boundaries to be periodic, COMSOL automatically does the rest.
Meaning COMSOL decides which boundary is the source/Destination and also defines the coordinate-dependency like:
For a antiperiodic case where the boundaries are symmetric to the y- and z-axis,
Variable(x,y,z) on Boundary1 = - Variable(-x,y,z) on Boundary2
So far, this has never been a Problem for me. I''m just wondering how COMSOL choses the coordinate-dependency, especially when the boundaries are 3dimensional and rather complex.
Is there a way to manipulate the coordinate dependency?
Following is written in the equation view of the pc's:
mef.rsrcx_pc2 = mef.src_avg_pc2(x)
mef.rsrcy_pc2 = mef.src_avg_pc2(y)
mef.rsrcz_pc2 = mef.src_avg_pc2(z)
mef.rdstx_pc2 = mef.dst_avg_pc2(x)
mef.rdsty_pc2 = mef.dst_avg_pc2(y)
mef.rdstz_pc2 = mef.dst_avg_pc2(z)
Does anybody know what the Syntax means? I guess one can manipulate the coordinate dependency here, but how?
