Post-Processing of WSS in 3D geometry

Hi all,can someone help me with the evaluation os shear stress in a 3D geoemtry? In my model, blood (modeled as non-newtonian with the carreau model) flows in non fully developed manner. I don't know how to combine the 9 component of the shear stress tensor. Can someone please help me?
