Errors in Comsol solver

Hi All,

I am trying to simulate electrochemical reactions in porous media for fuel cell.
I have been run my model until 50% in progress but suddenly stopped, there is information about the error as follows:

Failure to find solutions of all parameters
Even minimum parameters scan
Returns the solution does not converge
  - Characteristics: Steady State Solver 1 (sol1 / s1)

What does means the above errors? Could you give me some suggestions?
